This made for Amazon streaming film was a true story developed  for children's programming and featured child star from Blackish Marsai Martin who starred along with Idara Victor and Frances Fisher. It is based in the period of 1960's  Chicago and tells the story of a  young girl who faces racism and being bullied while attending a prodominantly white  elementary school. She decides to speak up and stands up for herself.
